Vitu vitamuvitamu kama keki, kuku wa kukaangwa, vibanzi – ni vitamu lakini je vinafaa? Mwili wako hauwezi kuwa katika hali nzuri ya kiafya kwa kuvitegemea hivi vyakula pekee. Kula vyakula vilivyo na rutubishi vya kusaidia moyo wako, na sehemu ya tumbo (isiwe kubwa) utaishi maisha marefu na ya afya nzuri. Kula vizuri kunahusu kufanya uamuzi unaofaa kila mara. Lengo lako liwe tu kula lishe bora lenye virutubishi vyote visivyo na mafuta mengi na ambavyo si vya kunonesha. Pia ni muhimu uchunge kiasi cha chakula unachokila. Usiweke tu mlima wa chakula kwenye sahani yako!
