As your business grows, the most important assets you'll have are your time and your thought process. One of the hardest things for an entrepreneur to do at this stage is to let go of things that should be done by others.
You must have time to spend time on issues that no one else can, like raising money and equity, getting loans, getting new customers, and keeping employees happy. That means you need to get help from other people in areas like accounting and marketing.
You also need to spend time taking care of yourself and avoiding burnout. More often than not, the only person not being taken care of ends up being the one in charge. Create opportunities to interact with other entrepreneurs. Do what you need to do to spend time with family and friends, exercise, and eat well.
